Posture Ergonomics bridges movement therapy and ergonomic design addressing the missing link between how you sit, how you stand, how you move, and how your body recovers. It goes beyond chair height and desk setup to restore alignment, improve breathing, and reduce fatigue. Scheduling:
All treatments must be booked under the recipient's name for insurance purposes. Missed appointments and gift certificates cannot be claimed through insurance.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Office Environment:
Please note that our practice is located in a home-based setting, down 10 stairs. Plan ahead for accessibility needs.
Billing:
No direct billing; payment is due at the time services are rendered. Receipts are provided for reimbursement.
