Posture Ergonomics

Better Posture
Improved Focus
Increased Performance

Posture Ergonomics bridges movement therapy and ergonomic design addressing the missing link between how you sit, how you stand, how you move, and how your body recovers. It goes beyond chair height and desk setup to restore alignment, improve breathing, and reduce fatigue. By integrating posture awareness, movement strategies, and recovery principles, posture ergonomics helps prevent musculoskeletal strain, support cognitive focus, and create sustainable comfort throughout the workday so you can move better, feel better, and live better every day.

Why Posture Matters

Long hours at the desk, constant screen time, and stress quietly reshape our bodies. Posture Ergonomics helps you restore alignment, reduce tension, and move with ease.

How It Works

A blend of corrective movement therapy and ergonomic coaching designed to reduce tension, restore alignment, and optimize your physical and mental work environment. The approach addresses three core areas: engineering factors (workspace and equipment), administrative factors (work habits and routines), and behavioral patterns (posture, movement, and recovery).

Based on the Egoscue Method, it teaches awareness, mobility, and mindful setup for your workspace and daily life.

What Students Are Saying

Real feedback from our Posture Ergonomics course participants

I highly recommend the Posture Ergonomics course with Candace Grant. It offers clear, practical insight into how everyday habits impact posture in ways we often overlook. A standout takeaway is the connection between posture and breathing, and its effect on circulation and nervous system regulation. Candace provides simple, effective adjustments that can be applied right away to improve comfort and reduce strain. An approachable and highly relevant course for both personal use and clinical practice.

I recently was experiencing lower back and neck pain that I suspected was due to the increased time I was spending acrylic and watercolor painting. Exercises alone did not seem to be solving the problem. Over the 5 days I learned to correct my misaligned posture and discovered exercises to use during my painting sessions that allowed me to reset my posture and continue. The course also addressed chairs and how to select the right one. Most importantly, I am feeling relief from my back and neck pain.
